5 or 10 weeks You are beginning to wonder what is missing for you, what it is you want. You seek meaning, purpose, and clarity in direction. If this sounds like you, come and share your story. Dissect it and piece it together through diverse lens to find the way forward. Through small-group coaching, mindfulness practices and human-library stories, youths can begin discovering possibilities in planning for a purposeful life and career.

Develop Your Mentors
Exclusively for mentors with more than 10 years of working experience
Leadership development is a critical component of organisational success. As leaders are in charge of developing and mentoring high potentials, they need to know the art and science of effective mentoring.
According to Professor David Clutterbuck, training increases the effectiveness of mentoring relationships two-fold from 30% to 60%. Our solution is to train your leaders to be stronger mentors to effectively engage, develop and retain high potentials. Reconstruct & Level Up
Target: anyone in transition with more than 10 years of work experience
If you are uncertain about the value you can bring to another organization or industry, do not know what you want, do not know where to start or do not know how to pitch yourself at interviews, this might be the programme for you. In this programme, there are four key modules designed to address these challenges. Give yourself the time space to reconnect with yourself and explore all the emotions, thoughts and concerns you have and turn them into concrete action to progress.

Career Support Group
For career seekers and career switchers
7 weeks Making a career switch can be really daunting and demoralising. Yet, we do not have to journey alone. We are pleased to be the programme provider of SGTech TalentSupport, a career support group programme that focuses on building up participant's emotional and mental well-being. Participants will learn to see themselves in new perspectives, and be empowered to create strategies to overcome challenges and achieve goals, while getting the opportunity to network with companies.
