The first time I joined Growthbeans Circles, I was very embarrassed. I did not know when I should shake hands with others or what to say. Not only did I feel embarrassed, I made others feel embarrassed too. Through Growthbeans, I have learnt to be more confident in expressing myself. I believe this has been the biggest change for me. Within a short period, the Growthbeans sessions can also lift your spirits and you can have a good night after it.

Growthbeans is like the mirror of Erised from Harry Potter - each person is able to view themselves in all their authentic glory and become aware of their true desires. Growthbeans has touched me in more ways than one and has especially helped me heal both forgotten and fresh wounds. I have learnt to become more action-oriented.Especially in chaotic Beijing where I was feeling increasingly insignificant and reckless, Growthbeans has helped me to regain my self-worth and stay grounded. I am confident that anybody who comes in contact with Growthbeans will fall irrevocably in love with the positivity and the joie de vivre that the Circle radiates.

Growthbeans is inspirational and educational. It is a gather of professionals with different backgrounds. I like the variety. It is like an oasis in a desert. We absorb warmth, skills, strength from here to face the outer world, only stronger. I gained a lot of courage and knowledge from Growthbeans and I'm thankful for that.

It’s an experiential process for each individual. As we all know, life is more fluid and complicated which is also a very uncomfortable reality. It is through this circle that we have the opportunity to practice gratitude and learn to be appreciative at the same time that makes life worthwhile, more fun, and less overwhelming. Within this circle, we learn and share life stories together in a non-judgmental way that workplace context itself can’t provide but Growthbeans can. It is through empowering self and others that make us a better person than before.

The training here is quite different. In Growthbeans there is a culture, a safe space where you can talk about things. You can share deeper and that is where you really learn. It is one of the more transformational events that I have attended. For individuals who want to self develop themselves, they want to improve their lives, have breakthroughs in their thinking, I think Growthbeans is not a place to be missed.

Growthbeans has helped me gain a greater sense of my own internal motivations and identify ways that I may want to alter my job responsibilities to achieve greater long-term career satisfaction. The coaching and training platform can serve as a vehicle for many people to share experiences and knowledge for the mutual benefit of others. I am truly impressed with what Growthbeans has accomplished and look forward to cooperating with Growthbeans going forward to help people flourish in their work and personal lives

It is illuminating ... and refreshing to share stories to others. What I learn is that we all have different stages in life and with the busyness in our life, we don't think about how we feel and why we feel like that.

Thank you Growthbeans. My biggest takeaway is to love ourselves even more. If you don't you won't be able to take care of those around you. Never be afraid of being alone. Me time will lead you to move forward even if you may not have the answers now.

Growthbeans Circles is like a school. People who take part in it could know each other and from others' outlook, acquire some experiences about life and grow....without Growthbeans, I couldn't improve my English so quickly...Perhaps from taking part in Growthbeans' discussion, I didn't fear to communicate with foreigners.

Growthbeans is solving the problem of a shrinking space where people look beyond our differences to cherish what we value in common, where we accept others without judgment. Growthbeans is the pathfinder to a place where everyone will feel included whatever your natural endowment, convictions or persuasions, where it is more important to be compassionate than to be right, where goodwill and friendship are extended unconditionally.  Creating a community where the individuals can unleash and maximise their potential and find their way to become the person they want to be.

I embarked on this programme because I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life and I thought to myself that joining the programme may provide me with insights to what I actually want. I think the programme really helped me to understand myself better. Through the programme, I managed to uncover strengths that I never knew of and I also learnt to be more intentional with my actions and thoughts. Even though I have yet to figure out what I want, I now have a clear idea on what I should be working on in order to figure that out.

As someone who has been drifting around in life, I spent a year being very confused about what is truly meaningful to me which warrants my attention to startup. Thus, I join FYISG to gain more clarity about my goals in life and work towards a project that can potentially be my future startup. This programme has helped me in understanding my strengths better as well as bringing into attention some weaknesses such as time management and figuring out ways how to improve on both my strengths and weaknesses.

I have always been in a cycle of wanting to make a change in my life but never acting on it. I decided to embark on this program as a way to ensure accountability in my actions and finally act on my passions and goals. Being a skeptic, I thought that joining this programme was not going to allow me to know for sure my purpose in life in just 10 weeks. Instead, I have grown to have greater clarity in my goals and actions and be more aware of my strengths and the way I think and act in my daily life. This has helped me go about my daily routines with more efficiency and direction.

When I first joined the programme, I was excited that there were people like me! Enthusiastic about improving themselves and making a difference. I was really happy to find a community of such people. I initially thought I was quite clear about what I wanted to do with my life, but writing it down and speaking to others helped me to find out more about myself and actually it made it a lot clearer. So I now have a more focused direction in life

Training content was nifty and delivery was remarkable. The trainer was able to keep the group focused on topic all the time which I believe the biggest challenge for any facilitator. She never misses any opportunity to communicating with delegates understand the needs. Trainings was not static … it was dynamic and flexible. That allowed delegates to engage at maximum level and get most out of the training. The team discussion was great to open up the characteristics of everyone. In this one day learnt more about my colleagues than +3 years I spent with them. The rooting discussion was truly a brainstorm everyone engaged in. Great outputs generated can be use as input for improvement of work life in the office.

It helps me realize the gap between my perception and the reality of where my strength and motivator lie. I've learnt more about myself and learnt a useful tool to distil what life is about. When you break it down into activities, you realise that's what life is about and you can actually prioritize and filter life accordingly. I know what kind of experience I’m looking for and what to avoid.

The facilitators are very open to feedback in order to make the programme as beneficial to us as possible, and they are flexible in their plans for the same reason. They are also able to pick out very specific areas in which we need to improve, and rationalise with us why we should improve with rationales that each individual cares about (that may be different from others). Overall, I think I benefitted quite a bit in learning how to better communicate with others in order to portray the image I want to portray and get the results I want to get, and it has given me the opportunity to think and reflect more deeply about the type of leader I want to be, and the contexts in which I want to be a leader. There was ample room for self-reflection, We are able to voice our thoughts freely whenever. Lots of activities that are hands on
