Why Coaching-infused?

Growth and change needs to begin from within and that requires a degree of self awareness.

Self awareness requires a habit of paying attention to the way we think, feel and behave, and how we perceive things, explain and make sense of the world around us.

It provides us with insights as to how we learn and integrate experiences, conditioned by traditions and social context, to create our reality. In doing so, it gives us the power to free ourselves from historical limitations that do not serve our needs.

With so many internal elements involved, the process of becoming more self aware requires ability, time and resources to step back and analyse. It requires a mindset, a process and more often than not, guidance to learn how to introspect and reflect.

How we work

It is important to us that whatever we do creates an impact and enables participants to take away something with them that is personalized to their needs. It is therefore important that we are able to understand the desired objectives or challenges faced by participants so that we can make the session meaningful for them. We then design the session using the Growthbeans Way to enable a deepening of self-awareness, development of meaningful relationships and expansion of perspectives. The following is our 4-Steps approach we use to work with all our partners.
