"I went to the workshop with an open mind not knowing what to expect as it was my first experience. From the beginning, I felt welcomed by the warm hospitality extended by the facilitator and volunteers. Fun activities in a judgement-free space left me with a better understanding of myself and useful strategies for navigating a neurotypical world. I would recommend this workshop to anyone desiring to have fun in a safe space while gaining insights of themselves that would serve them well in multiple areas of their lives."

I feel that I am not alone facing many life challenges and connecting with other people does improve my mood. This workshop is also a safe space that i can share difficult topics and emotions without being judged. The game sessions were so fun as i get to discover more about myself and others as we bond.
