  • Dissect stress and determine the factors that activates the trigger
  • Analyse stress patterns and consequences
  • Review beliefs and de-railers that undermine mental toughness 
  • Navigate expectations and re-focus on intention 
  • Take charge of stress with a plan and course of action

The programme is designed to be run virtually or in-person.

Find Inner Peace and Strength

The way things are done is different and will continue to evolve. The pace at which we are all working might be quite unlike what we have experienced before. We are all coping with change and uncertainty, and we are all trying to stay ahead of the game. The anxiety and stress is real, and it is affecting many of us a lot more than ever.

Some of us have found a way to cope with the overwhelming emotions we experience. Some of us are still in search of a way. There could be a lot of thoughts in your head, many emotions whirling in your heart and many things on your to-do list that demands immediate attention. No matter how you try, you do not seem to be getting the outcome you seek. With everything that is happening, you find it difficult to focus and navigate through all the things that need to be done. It is not just personal or work matters you have to handle, you have to consider the needs and expectations of everyone around you. You are hanging on, waiting for things to be better, to finally have some me-time. But your patience might be running thin, you are feeling increasingly frustrated. Maybe some days you feel like crying or screaming. Maybe other days you find it hard to fall asleep. It is not sustainable and something needs to change.

Sometimes, to progress we need to slow down. What we need is to declutter, show ourselves some compassion and give ourselves the space to Marie-Kondo our thoughts and emotions. All these weigh us down and prevent us from having the clarity and strength we need to keep pushing forward. Join us in this programme to start taking charge once again of your life. Manage your stress, Build your resilience and get the support you need to move forward positively.

Who is this for?

This is for anyone who wants to find a way to manage stress and take charge of their life.
  • School Going Youths who are feeling stressed out by school work and activities
  • Individuals in transition who are feeling overwhelmed by uncertainty 
  • Working adults who are facing pressure in the work front and/or home front​​​​​

Programme objectives

  • Evaluate personal patterns of thoughts, emotions and behaviours and its impact of our patterns on our intended outcome
  • Regulate emotions to give space for rationality
  • Determine how we support our needs vis a vis the support we actually need
  • Develop confidence to strategize and take action, and break the cycle of overthinking
