This short leadership workshop was very insightful in teaching relevant leadership concepts in a fun and engaging way! Very relevant learning objectives with activities that elicit them clearly. Frequent evaluations to allow us to reflect on the content covered and how it may be applicable to our lives. Lively Instructors too who kept the energy high!

It helps me realize the gap between my perception and the reality of where my strength and motivator lie. I've learnt more about myself and learnt a useful tool to distil what life is about. When you break it down into activities, you realise that's what life is about and you can actually prioritize and filter life accordingly. I know what kind of experience I’m looking for and what to avoid.

The facilitators are very open to feedback in order to make the programme as beneficial to us as possible, and they are flexible in their plans for the same reason. They are also able to pick out very specific areas in which we need to improve, and rationalise with us why we should improve with rationales that each individual cares about (that may be different from others). Overall, I think I benefitted quite a bit in learning how to better communicate with others in order to portray the image I want to portray and get the results I want to get, and it has given me the opportunity to think and reflect more deeply about the type of leader I want to be, and the contexts in which I want to be a leader. There was ample room for self-reflection, We are able to voice our thoughts freely whenever. Lots of activities that are hands on
