This is now her life passion, to support and provide that skillful helping hand to support individuals and communities of different diversities, cultures and (dis)abilities to learn to let go, to learn to sit with ease with life’s discomforts and yet being kind and compassionate to oneself and to others in facing life ‘s tribulations. |
