Shamantha was very friendly and approachable. There was proper introduction and explanation on what to expect during the session. Questions asked were insightful and critical, that really spurs self reflection and deep dive into analyzing each pain point.

Shamantha was really nice and helpful. Shamantha was extremely patient and truly showed what it means to listen and question / prompts to help us dig deeper into our hearts to find our own answers.
She doesn't spoon feed but rather helped us recognise our tendencies so we can work on finding a solution to tackle them together, under her coaching. Prior to coaching she asks us the preference we would like our coach to have (eg strict or softer style) so it is really inclusive and helpful to be able to decide on that and she also tweaks accordingly during our sharing; showing empathy when needed and being firm and stern when driving out action plans from us

Thank you Shamantha. Your support and understanding was very much appreciated and very helpful to me. Thank you for the questions and for guiding me along the way to seek the solutions myself. And for seeing the qualities in myself. Thank you. I always appreciate you and your tenderness and your ability to hold emotional space very well. Thank you.

I’m amazed by how Shamantha managed to converge my dispersed thoughts in an hour to find clarity. I realised for myself that I have been worrying too much and not taking action.

Shamantha is an active listener, is full of empathy but with a sharp ear to identify your blind-spots. As no amount of telling or advising works, we'd be much better off empowering people for change. Change happens only when an individual connects wholeheartedly to the intention, and finds the energy within them to drive the action to achieve the goals they want. |
