As a coach, I aspire to guide people to align themselves with their values and be true to themselves. Her Coaching Specialty & expertiseLife Strategist and Transformational Coach
As a Life Strategist, I support clients in demystifying their inner thoughts to enable them to gain clarity for effective decision-making. These decisions could be a one-time decision, one with high impact, or recurring ones. I guide clients to recognize their skills, dreams and refocus on their short-term and long-term goals. In addition, I support them in finding the motivation and tools to make positive and lasting decisions to their lifestyle to help them attain their physical and emotional goals. As a Transformational Coach, I support clients in bringing about a change in their outlook and perspective to work on their state of being. The idea is that the state of being of an individual is transferable to how they are in every aspect of their life. Transformation happens at the core level of the mind, breaking down old patterns to make way for fresh ones. It is a process of internal reflection and outcomes are seen in a significant shift in their decisions, emotions and general behaviour. In addition, being a Mindfulness Practitioner enables me to have a holistic perspective on growth, thereby striving for all-round progress physically, mentally and spiritually. We have all experienced moments in life where making a decision, or developing a roadmap seems like a daunting task, whether it has to be done in a short time frame, or is a difficult one, or one that will impact your life or your family’s lives in drastic ways e.g. · Change of job · Relocating to a new country · Going to start at a new university or college · Relationship decisions · Starting a new business · Major health issues, etc…. Any change involves uncertainty, obstacles, decision making and many other challenges. If you find yourself at a crossroads, trying to decide which path to take, experience decision fatigue, or just generally feel indecisive? I support you to navigate through the obstacles in your mind, putting together all factors in proper perspective, for you to make that final decision. I facilitate this by working within the framework of your resources and limitations, to do what’s best for YOU - both personally and professionally . A key factor is guiding my clients such that they develop goal-setting skills and feel accountable to follow through with them. |
