lawrence's Story

He believes living live as an overflow of the state of internal harmony, of body-soul-spirit, with the external environment. He is an avid learner with Coursera, Webinars and finishing his last semester in Master of Arts in Educational Psychology in 2019. 

He has personal experience raising two sons with developmental challenges of Autism, with both sons attending Junior College in 2019. This personal parenting journey has been instrumental to support his purpose to help others recognize their potential and challenges as both sides of the coin.

​Lawrence is co-founder and Director of HiLT Pte Ltd. He has mentored and career counselled engineers under his care during the 18 years he has been with HiLT. His person centric approach is focused on the pillars of learning, change and development.

what inspired him to coach

It played a significant role in my awakening. I see value in coaching along with educational approaches, psychology, counselling, mentoring  and spirituality to support human development across the life span.
