Fiona's StoryHey there! I am Fiona, a curious person who loves learning and engages with people from all walks of life. I grew up very independent, moved out of my parents’ place at the age of 22 to curve out a solid banking career. I bode farewell to the corporate world to see the real world – solo. That was how I discovered coaching and met my husband! I have travelled to more than 193 cities, lived and worked in Singapore, London and Hong Kong.
I am a very active person who loves the ocean, forests and mountains. An avid scuba diver, runner, golfer and volunteer, I am also drawn to causes around children and animals. I’ve volunteered locally, with a Cambodian Orphanage and at an African wildlife reserve. Staying active helps me to connect with nature and makes me very conscious about responsible living. I value people, healthy relationships and a focused mind. Determined to pursue a purposeful life, I am courageous in all my endeavours. In the process, I hope to create positive and inspirational connections with others. Her background2020 Advanced Certificate in Sustainability & Sustainable Business, SMU (Singapore).

Her Coaching Style & PhilosophyFiona is naturally intuitive and a trained analytic. She is able to dance and toggle between the two polarities when needed; she has very open and balanced world views, believing that the uniqueness of people should be explored and embraced. She listens with her heart and her mind, looking out for both verbal and non-verbal cues to fully understand her clients. She coaches along the flow and rhythm of individuals, yet courageous enough to challenge. She also shares useful techniques, supports her clients by framing issues and creates structured steps in taking actions.
Fiona is a strong believer in coaching, maintaining a personal coach for her continued growth and refinement. Her Coaching Specialty & expertiseLife, Leadership, Creativity and Wealth
Her personal journey in life, career and relationship with money are some of her major learnings. She is able to empathise and relate to individuals going through similar challenges, making her a powerful ally in the coaching relationship. What inspired her to coachFor me, the world has no borders. Perhaps, that is why I am able to relate to people from diverse backgrounds and they are drawn to me. The delight in seeing people inspired to take action and forge towards a life they want, and the learnings I glean from my clients keep me going as a coach.
It means a lot to me to actively co-create with people, to fire up their self-belief. Because a little ripple can have a tremendous effect on humanity healing. |
