- Business Analyst - Enterprise Solution Architect and Consultant Benny’s career spans across various domains and roles and progressed from a simulation developer to an Enterprise Solution Architect and Consultant. Along the way, he has acquired business analysis, consultative selling, design thinking, hr, solutioning, and technology knowledges. He is required to establish relationships and work with different teams and clients, locally and regionally. For 3 years, he has project-managed, conceptualized and delivered Large Event Management Solutions for Singapore’s National Day Parade from 2017 to 2019. Currently, he formulates practical enterprise solutions, strategies, and proposals to achieve the development of domestic and regional clients’ strategic vision through consultative selling. Throughout his career, he has understood that all value adding solutions starts from understanding the clients’ business objectives and needs. Without active listening and emphatic understanding, solving the right challenges in the right way would be difficult. Life Coaching definitely complements that. |
