Intrinsic motivations are what drives us and creates fulfilment beyond the paycheck. Identifying what our motivations are also clarifies why we are attracted to the things we do and the type of career and even culture we seek to work in. This workshop includes a simple self-assessment to understand your motivations. Then, understand what success and fulfilment mean to each motivator and learn strategies to keep one's self and everyone we work with motivated. Through this workshop, you will be able to
  1. Explain the different motivators
  2. Discover what motivates you and your potential derailers
  3. Apply strategies to better manage yourself, and keep you and your team motivated
