Home of Healing
Art Therapy
Home of Healing provides a safe and immersive environment for self-discovery, reflection, rejuvenation and empowerment. This initiative captures the idea of home as a space for respite and rest, a space that reflects our state of mind and holds our vitalities, memories, and true self. Just like the exterior and interior design/look of the home that goes through transformation in different seasons in our life, healing is also an ongoing journey.
At Home of Healing, you can visit The Main Space for art-based experientials followed by The Couch Space for reflection or further enquiries. At each space, there will be art therapists/ art therapy trainees present to journey with you. |
The Main Space
At The Main Space, you will be attuned to your needs and pace, and get to experience one to four different therapeutic art activities in an interactive environment. You can indulge in any one activity to create and connect with your creative soul. You can also immerse yourself in the space to rest, appreciate, or contemplate.
Safe Space/ Rest
What does safe space mean for you? Space can be both physical and psychological. Through this activity, discover what your safe space feels and looks like by creating with a range of nature-inspired materials.

The Couch Space
Each creative encounter in art therapy is a unique experience with the self and others. It opens a window or a doorway to the soul allowing us to see, listen, touch, and feel ourselves. At The Couch Space, you will be able to take your time or step back to look at your creative experiences with a different perspective under the guidance of certified art therapists. In this space, you can also let your curiosity lead you to explore more about art therapy, wellness, wellbeing, and healing.
