Growth Circles
A gentle, recurring space where people can be heard,
find companionship, and move through difficult
seasons without carrying them alone.

Difficult seasons rarely
resolve in a single conversation.
Growth Circles offer a steady, recurring space where people can come together, speak honestly about what they're going through, and find companionship in others facing something similar. There's no agenda beyond showing up — just a steady circle of people willing to walk through difficult seasons together, so no one has to carry things alone.

How They Are Held
A Growth Circle is only as strong as the person holding it. There are two ways to make sure it's held well.
Build the capacity in-house.
We equip your own staff and volunteers — case workers, community leaders, peer supporters — through the same three companion capacities used across all our Growth Circles.
Or bring in ours.
For agencies that want circles running from day one, our trained facilitators can hold the space for you — so the people you support get the full benefit of a Growth Circle without your team needing to build the skill internally first.
Either way, the outcome is the same: a facilitator who can hold a group gently through difficulty.

The Art of Empathic Conversations
enabling the honest, two-way conversations change requires

The Art of Compassionate Presence
staying grounded enough to hold a group through uncertainty without rushing to fix it

The Art of Holding Space
guiding the group's flow, drawing out support between members, and making room for each person's own reflection
