As a software company, Inspire-Tech places strong emphasis to care for team members. We hoped to build up soft skills for creating better workplace that is both productive and caring. Growthbeans facilitated two lunchtime Growth Circles for Middle Managers in MCCY in Oct 2022, aimed to help them connect, open up, support one another, and gain the tools and networks for a healthier workplace environment. The sessions were successful with positive feedback from all attendees. Attendees also generally experienced an increase in wellbeing scores. Growthbeans was professional, knowledgeable and provided more than enough resources to conduct well-planned sessions. I would be happy to invite them back to MCCY to conduct more of such sessions.
