Moments with Frames: Honouring memories, finding meaning in our everyday lives Venue: Event Plaza In the rush of modern life, we often move so quickly that we risk forgetting our roots — the people, places, and moments that have shaped us into who we are today.
Through the camera lens, we will reconnect with our personal histories and rediscover how our past continues to inform and enrich our present. Take a pause from everyday noise to explore basic photography as a mindful practice of slowing down and discovering the beauty of life and the little things we often miss. |
Track 3
Power of Positivity A Journey of Purpose Through Play Venue: Ideas Yard This workshop is a celebration of positivity, friendship, and the power of joy to connect us all. Designed to bring together neurotypical individuals and persons with intellectual disabilities (PWIDs), it invites participants into a safe and playful space where everyone is valued, included, and encouraged to shine.
Through laughter-filled games, team challenges, and simple moments of kindness, we aim to spread positive energy that breaks down barriers and builds meaningful bonds. Walk away with new friendships, the reminder that positivity is contagious and that small acts of joy, respect, and kindness can change the way we see each other and the world. |

Track 1
Geneco's Lost to Be Found Growth Circles: Journey of Self-Discovery Venue: Ideas Yard & Trampoline Lose yourself. It’s okay. It’s part of finding who you are. It’s the beginning of a journey to truly understand ourselves.
There'll be times when life might not be going in the direction that we want it to be. But if you embrace that everything happens for a reason, you might finally realise that there’s no one who you meet, nothing that you do and nowhere that you go is ever purely by chance. So go on. Get lost. Find yourself. Choose any path you want, set out into the unknown, and brave an adventure that you’ve always dreamed of. Because in the end, you'll discover that every road that you've taken will eventually lead you back to the most beautiful destination that you could've possibly imagined – You. Immerse in the ‘Lost To Be Found’ Art Gallery, embark on a journey of self-discovery, and colour the illustrations in your very own way. |
Track 2
Own Your Narrative: Reclaim Control to Direct Your Life Venue: Greenhouse The stories we tell — about who we are, where we’ve been, and what we’re capable of — shape how we live and see ourselves. But what if the script you’ve been following isn’t the one you truly believe in?
In this interactive workshop, flip the script of stories we know, and bring storyboards to life by creating a short film with a twist. Step into the role as the director of your life. Challenge the storyline and reclaim control of your narrative. Come ready to play, reflect, and reclaim the pen. Because your story isn’t finished — and you get to decide where it goes next. |
Track 3
Overcoming Rejection: Looking up versus Looking down Venue: Event Plaza The way we see the world defines how we react. The choices we make determines that actions we take. In this workshop, reflect on how we see the world and what it says about us
Through immersive activities and dialogue, explore the difference between looking up with hope, gratitude, and intention versus looking down with doubt, discontent, or complacency. Recognise what you’ve gained, acknowledge what you need, and embrace what you want — out of conscious choice and self-awareness. This workshop is not about settling — it’s about treasuring your present so you can build your future with purpose. The choice is yours. Will you look up or look down? |
