He has over 20 years of international experience, ability to build winning teams in a diverse and multi cultural environment across Asia and Mainland China.

With experience in Singapore and China, he has developed and managed World Class Theme parks, themed attractions and experience including Universal Studios Singapore, Adventure Cove Water Park, Hello Kitty Theme Park (Hangzhou).
