Lin Hui-Yi is Chief Insights Officer at Asymmetrics Research. She was previously Director and Country Head (China) of Grail Research, a firm that specialises in customised market and economic research in emerging economies. She provides some insight into market research. 

She is also co-creator of The Poverty Line, an art/economics project which covers 29 countries over 6 continents. Previously, she formulated economic and enterprise development policies at Singapore's Ministry of Trade & Industry.
