Growth Circles has been recognized by the SG Mental Wellbeing Network as a wellbeing circle and has also been used in communities, workplaces, charities, tertiary institutions to facilitate social connection and learning, employee engagement and wellbeing. Growth Circles for wellbeing are run by trained Growth Facilitators.

"Growthbeans facilitated Growth Circles for Middle Managers in MCCY in Oct 2022. These were two lunchtime sessions that aimed to help middle managers connect with each other, open up and support one another in the work place. Through the session, we wanted Middle Managers to gain the tools and the networks to support a healthier workplace environment. The sessions were successful with positive feedback from all attendees. Attendees also generally experienced an increase in wellbeing scores. Growthbeans were professional, knowledgeable and provided more than enough resources to conduct well-planned sessions. Facilitators were skilled in getting different groups to open up, share and use the skills they learnt. I would be happy to invite them back to MCCY to conduct more of such sessions in the future“

Growth Facilitator Training is a 4-days training programme which equips individuals with the knowledge, skills and tools to support the wellbeing of self and others within growth circles. Delivered through active learning, with theories, demonstrations, practice, reflections and case studies, the program comprises experiential hands-on learning, direct feedback and application of theories to integrate learnings deeply. By the end of the training, participants will be able to facilitate a 2h Wellbeing Growth Circle for groups of up to 5 persons , utilise the Growth Circles Webapp, and apply critical skills to support others and enable inclusivity with compassion and empathy.
