Growth Circles...

are guided group spaces where young people come together to reflect, learn, and grow — together. Instead of one-way teaching, everyone listens, shares, and supports one another through meaningful conversations.

Each session is led by a trained facilitator and supported by the Growth Circles webapp, creating a safe space to explore real topics, practise people skills, and build confidence. Held online or in person, Growth Circles are built on trust, care, and mutual support — helping participants grow both personally and alongside others.

Growth Circles can be used in diverse groups or targeted settings, around broad themes or specific issues, and can serve as a one-time session or a recurring practice for sustained growth.
