COACHING SESSION AND PACKAGES
The Process
Step 1

​Decide on a coaching package - individual or group coaching.
  • Determine number of sessions required
  • For group coaching, select group size and duration.

Step 2

Purchase coaching session/package.
  • Receive email confirmation (& certification code for packages)
  • Decide when to have the coaching session or send the certification code as a gift ​

Step 3

Schedule a coaching appointment
  • Select date and time
  • Select preferred coach, or be assigned one
  • Input certification code 
  • Receive appointment confirmation and reminder. 
Step 4

Attend coaching session
  • Confirm venue or mode of coaching with coach
  • Complete coaching 
  • Reflect and stay accountable to goals
  • Repeat steps 2-4 until package completion​

Be open and honest with your coach and share how you would like to be supported

Ownership

Be committed to work on your goals​ and take action. Be willing to rise to the challenge
